This week my friend Marci indulged me and agreed to do a shoot with her two boys at… Five Guys! I had a dream one night that I was doing a photoshoot at Five Guys and when I told Marci about it, she was totally on board to make my dream come true. Now that I’ve done it, I don’t know why all my family sessions don’t include cheeseburgers (or burritos, or whatever)? I’m calling this a ‘Lunch Date Photo Session’ and these are now my most favorite things in the world. Also, cheeseburgers! Hoping my next session will involve tacos somewhere.

These three were just the cutest. Seriously. Look at those boys. The little one had his first taste of ice cream (bacon salted caramel milkshake) and I think he very much approved. A hot dog was ordered, and in true two-year-old fashion, approximately 6 bites were eaten. The peanuts were a big hit, maybe because they score a 10 on the Messiness Scale? The boys in the kitchen recommended the Bacon Salted Caramel Milkshake for us, which tasted exactly as you would expect it to. The kids loved it!

Side note, props to my 3-year-old who came with me and totally behaved herself the whole time (with the help of some fries and ketchup. And maybe a little ice cream). Scroll to the end to see the cutest-ever baby smirk.
